MyQR Terms of Use

1. By using MyQR, you agree to these Terms of Use and Conditions.
2. Users are responsible for ensuring that all contact information and other data provided through the service are accurate, up-to-date, and lawful.
3. The service may not be used for fraud, harassment, spam, threats, distribution of harmful content, or any illegal activity.
4. Users must keep their Admin Code secure and must not share it with third parties.
5. MyQR is not responsible for actions taken by third parties after users voluntarily disclose their access credentials.
6. The free Promo plan may contain advertisements and feature limitations.
7. The features available in Standard and Premium plans are determined by the current plan descriptions published on the website.
8. When a subscription expires, certain premium features may become unavailable until the subscription is renewed.
9. MyQR reserves the right to temporarily restrict access to the service if violations of these rules are detected.
10. We continuously improve our services and may modify certain features without prior notice.
11. By using MyQR, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

13. When changing a subscription plan, any remaining time on the previous plan is forfeited. Unused periods are not refundable and cannot be converted into cash, bonuses, credits, points, or any other form of compensation. The new subscription period begins from the moment the new plan is activated.
14. Users who publish advertisements through MyQR are solely responsible for complying with the advertising laws and regulations applicable in their country.
15. Users are solely responsible for all information they publish through the service, including phone numbers, links, descriptions, images, and other content.
16. MyQR does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability in cases of maintenance, equipment failures, internet connectivity issues, actions of third parties, or force majeure events.
17. MyQR shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or consequences resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
18. MyQR reserves the right to modify pricing, functionality, design, service conditions, and these Terms of Use without prior notice.
19. In cases of fraud, abuse, hacking attempts, automated attacks, or other suspicious activity, access to the service may be temporarily restricted or permanently blocked.
20. Refunds for paid services are provided in accordance with applicable laws and MyQR’s refund policy.
21. Users are responsible for complying with the laws of their country of residence and the country in which the service is used.
22. Minors may use the service only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
23. All logos, designs, source code, graphics, trademarks, and other intellectual property related to MyQR are protected by law and may not be used without written permission from the rights holder.
24. QR cards, stickers, and other physical products manufactured specifically for a customer may not be eligible for return or exchange once production has begun, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors caused by MyQR.
25. Users are responsible for properly installing and displaying QR codes on their vehicles. MyQR is not responsible for damage, loss, theft, or scanning issues resulting from improper installation or external factors.
26. Continued use of the service after changes to these Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
27. MyQR does not guarantee the appearance, color, durability, lifespan, or other physical characteristics of QR cards, stickers, or related materials after delivery. Normal wear and tear, fading, deformation, damage, or deterioration caused by use are not the responsibility of MyQR.
28. MyQR is not responsible for the actions, delays, or performance of postal services, courier companies, logistics providers, or other third parties involved in the delivery process.
29. MyQR is not responsible for loss, damage, delivery delays, or other issues that occur after an order has been handed over to a postal, courier, or transportation service.
30. MyQR provides its services on an “AS IS” basis. Users accept the service, software, QR codes, web pages, and related services in their current state and acknowledge that features may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued without prior notice.
