MYQR Partner Program Rules

By participating in the MYQR Partner Program, you agree to the following rules.

1. Every partner receives a unique Partner ID.
2. Verified Partner status confirms registration within the MYQR system.
3. Partners must provide accurate information to customers.
4. Impersonating MYQR employees is prohibited.
5. Using the MYQR logo without permission is prohibited.
6. Misleading customers about pricing or services is prohibited.
7. Publishing false information about MYQR or its users is prohibited.
8. MYQR may review any partner’s activity.
9. Verified status may be suspended or revoked if violations are confirmed.
10. MYQR reserves the right to update these rules without prior notice.
11. Commission payouts are made only if the name of the bank account holder exactly matches the name specified in the partner’s account.
12. MYQR may request identity verification before processing a commission payout.
13. If a partner account is blocked due to violations of these Rules, fraudulent activity, false information, or other serious misconduct, all unpaid commissions will be forfeited and will not be paid.
14. Artificially increasing sales, fraudulent transactions, fake orders, automated systems, multiple accounts, or any other attempt to obtain commissions unfairly is strictly prohibited.
15. MYQR may temporarily suspend commission payouts while suspicious activity is being investigated.
16. Commissions are earned only for confirmed and successfully paid orders.
17. If an order is refunded, canceled, or the payment is declared invalid, the related commission will be automatically canceled.
18. Partners are solely responsible for complying with the tax laws of their country and reporting their income where required by applicable law.
19. Selling, transferring, or using another person’s Partner ID without written authorization from MYQR is prohibited.
20. By continuing to participate in the Partner Program, the partner confirms acceptance of the current MYQR Partner Program Rules.
